The Minister of Digital Technologies and the CEO of IT Park got acquainted with the operations of IT Park member companies — Audiotele and Telecontact in Fergana.
Sherzod Shermatov and Abdulakhad Kuchkarov visited the local offices of Audiotele and Telecontact, both of which specialize in IT service exports. During the visit, the delegation was briefed in detail on the companies’ ongoing projects, working conditions, and future expansion plans.
Audiotele operates in a modern facility designed for 150 workstations, where more than 120 young professionals are currently employed. The company plans to reach full staffing capacity by the end of the year.
Telecontact is housed in a three-story building located in the center of Fergana, with a capacity of 350 workstations. Currently, the company employs more than 65 young specialists, with plans to increase this number to 150 by year-end.
As part of the visit, Minister Sherzod Shermatov presented a set of proposals and recommendations aimed at expanding the operational scope of both companies, attracting new export-oriented projects, and creating additional high-income employment opportunities for the region’s youth.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies and IT Park Uzbekistan remain committed to supporting the development of innovation hubs, educational initiatives, and IT companies with the aim of generating more high-quality employment opportunities, enhancing regional export potential, and equipping the country’s youth with the essential tools for building successful careers in the digital economy.
