    Korea’s largest BPO company KSJOB.Inc prepares to launch office in Uzbekistan

    Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan, held a meeting with representatives of KSJOB.Inc. During the meeting, the company announced the commencement of a pilot recruitment program. In the near future, 30 candidates with a C1-level proficiency in Korean and typing skills of up to 200 characters per minute will be selected to join KSJOB.Inc.

     

     

    KSJOB.Inc is one of the leading providers of customer service and contact center solutions in South Korea. Established in 1998, the company serves over 120 clients across various industries, including finance, retail, and the public sector and employs more than 7,200 professionals. KS JOB Inc. develops proprietary contact center technologies, including AI-driven solutions, speech recognition systems, and cloud-based CRM platforms, ensuring high-quality customer support across all communication channels. The company's revenue in 2024 exceeded $210 million.

     

     

    The company also announced plans to initiate the registration process of a local entity in Uzbekistan, marking a significant step in expanding KSJOB.Inc's presence in Central Asia.

     

     

    Additionally, representatives of KSJOB.Inc shared their impressions from a recent visit to the Fergana region on June 30. They were pleasantly surprised by the high level of expertise among local specialists and expressed gratitude to IT Park for organizing the visit and introducing them to BPO companies already operating successfully in the region. 

     

     

    As noted by Makhliyo Muksinova, IT Park Uzbekistan stands ready to support the company in preparing and training personnel in Fergana. In particular, plans are underway to open Korean language courses for Uzbek specialists, enabling them to join KSJOB.Inc’s team upon completion and participate in international BPO projects.

     

    IT Park Uzbekistan continues to attract global companies and investors, creating new job opportunities and enhancing the skills of Uzbek professionals in the business process outsourcing sector. The collaboration with KSJOB.Inc is expected not only to increase the demand for Korean-speaking specialists but also to serve as a significant milestone in Uzbekistan's integration into the global BPO industry.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services.
