    MONK and SNAIL to expand exports and present their solutions at MWC Barcelona 2026

    Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan held a meeting with the founder of MONK and SNAIL, two companies that recently obtained member status. The discussion focused on the companies’ plans to utilize the benefits and incentives provided by IT Park Uzbekistan, as well as prospects for scaling their activities within the frameworks of the Local2Global and Zero Risk programs.


    MONK and SNAIL are partner companies delivering design and multimedia services to international markets, including clients in the United Kingdom and the United States. and Both organizations are committed to expanding their export capabilities and strengthening their presence in global markets.  


    During the meeting, company representatives were provided with detailed information on opportunities to expand their export activities, as well as on the programs offered by IT Park Uzbekistan. In particular, tax and customs advantages, as well as advisory support mechanisms, were explained in detail. The parties discussed practical aspects of the companies’ operations and potential ways to further develop their export projects. The discussion also addressed the Local2Global initiative, under which IT Park Uzbekistan plans to organize a visit for its member companies to the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2026. MONK and SNAIL expressed strong interest in participating in the event.


    Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2026 is the world’s largest international event in telecommunications, mobile technologies, artificial intelligence, IoT, fintech, and digital solutions. MONK and SNAIL have expressed an intention to apply for participation.


    Additionally, the companies announced their plans to develop proprietary products incorporating artificial intelligence technologies. A dedicated team of specialists is currently being formed to launch and support the development of this new AI-driven direction.


    For IT Park Uzbekistan, collaboration with MONK and SNAIL represents an important step in strengthening technopark’s export-oriented ecosystem. The programs and opportunities offered by IT Park Uzbekistan have encouraged the companies to enhance their export capacity, expand international footprint, and launch new projects. This cooperation contributes to the growth of the ecosystem, increases its attractiveness to new member companies, and reinforces Uzbekistan’s positioning in the global technology market.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries. Among the attendees were representatives of multinational corporations, startups, government agencies, and venture capital funds.

    New rules are being introduced for IT Park Uzbekistan members

    Starting from April 1, 2026, changes will come into force in Uzbekistan for residents of IT Park Uzbekistan, the Cybernetic Innovation IT Park, and Inno Technopark LLC. The new regulations are set out in the Presidential Resolution of the Republic of Uzbekistan date December 26, 2025, No. PP 388, and are aimed at developing a sustainable IT ecosystem with an emphasis on export-oriented IT products and services.
