A strategic meeting was held in London between representatives of the International Digital Technology Center (Enterprise Uzbekistan) under IT Park Uzbekistan and the UK-based law firm SteelRose Legal, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As part of its official visit to Portugal and participation in SSOW 2025 Europe — one of the world’s largest international forums — the delegation of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Advisor to the CEO Akhmed Abulez, held over 20 high-level business meetings with representatives of global corporations. Discussions focused on the development of the outsourcing sector, establishment of regional offices, export of IT services, and the attraction of foreign investment to Uzbekistan.

As part of efforts to promote Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem on the international stage, a meeting was held between a delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Anvar Rizaev, Head of the Digital Economy Development Department at the Ministry of Digital Technologies, and Elyor Maksudov, Director of Startup and Investment Development at IT Park Uzbekistan, and the British company Launchese, led by CEO Uygar Turantekin. The parties discussed strategic partnership in three pivotal domains: facilitating the expansion of Uzbek startups into the markets of the UK and the US, attracting international startups and mentors to Uzbekistan, and startup acceleration and incubation.

Within the framework of the event, Mr. Ibragimov participated in the high-level panel discussion titled “Caucasus Meets Central Asia: The Rise of Eurasia’s Next Tech Powerhouse” and held a series of bilateral meetings with leading German companies.
