Issues of expanding cooperation with "Dell Technologies" company were discussed

On March 4-7 this year, a delegation of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Minister Sherzod Shermatov, and with the participation of IT Park CEO Farkhod Ibragimov, visited the United States of America. The purpose of the visit is to attract foreign companies to Uzbekistan and to strengthen cooperation.

 

 

 

In the USA, the delegation met with Dell Technologies Vice President of Global Public Policy Daniel Green and GovSmart Inc. CEO Brent Lillard.

 

 

During the meeting, attention was given to addressing the challenges of creating high-income job opportunities for the youth of Uzbekistan through the provision of remote services to the US market. This initiative involves supplying advanced computers with artificial intelligence capabilities, meeting the modern programming system requirements of "Dell Technologies."

 

 

Specifically, discussions revolved around the potential opening of the official office of "Dell Technologies" in Uzbekistan. This consideration is based on the conditions being established at the International Center of Digital Technologies in Tashkent, designed to attract foreign companies in the IT sector.

 

 

To implement these agreements, a letter of commitment was signed between the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the company "GovSmart, Inc."
