IT Park Uzbekistan holds meeting with Umma Collaborative Solutions representatives from the UAE

IT Park Uzbekistan representatives, led by Jahongir Kagirov, Head of Service Export Development, held negotiations with Ammar Abbas, Founder of Umma Collaborative Solutions. The meeting followed the “GCC–Uzbekistan Digital and Tech Forum” held in Samarkand, during which representatives of Umma Collaborative Solutions expressed strong interest in establishing cooperation with IT Park and the potential opening of a representative office in Uzbekistan.

Umma Collaborative Solutions (UCS) is a technology company established in Dubai in 2025. It focuses on nurturing engineering talent in the Global South and developing secure, sovereign, and AI-ready IT ecosystems for enterprises across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

The company’s service portfolio includes IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, hardware and software consulting, systems integration, training, and knowledge transfer — all delivered under a built-in “secure-by-design” model.

Umma Collaborative Solutions has expressed a keen interest in establishing a representative office in Uzbekistan by the end of the year. Initial discussions began in late May, followed by the company’s participation in the Samarkand forum held from June 23 to 25.

During the meeting, IT Park representatives briefed the UAE delegation on key issues raised, including the availability of skilled professionals, the advantages of the Zero Risk program, and applicable tax incentives.

The UAE delegation also announced plans to launch a training program for 25 specialists in the areas of administration, IT, and human resources. Upon completion, the company aims to deliver services across the MENA and Asian regions.

Both sides acknowledged the high potential for long-term collaboration and expressed their readiness for further engagement. IT Park Uzbekistan will provide comprehensive support to Umma Collaborative Solutions in implementing their plans, which, in turn, will open new avenues for the development of service exports and the training of qualified personnel in the region.
