Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by CEO Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, held a meeting with Ghanshyam Ahuja, CEO of Singaporean company VSaaS Global and Co-Founder of the investment platform Thinkuvate Venture. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans to establish a local team in Uzbekistan to support VSaaS Global projects, as well as opportunities for the Singaporean side to participate in IT Park Ventures' investment initiatives.
Founded in 2010, VSaaS Global is a Singapore-based IT company specializing in digital transformation, business process automation, and the development of SaaS solutions. The company operates offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, and employs approximately 100 professionals.
Thinkuvate Venture, also established in 2010, is a Singaporean venture capital platform that supports early-stage startups across Southeast Asia. With a team of around 100 employees, the company manages a $20 million fund and focuses on venture investment activities.
During the discussion, the parties explored potential areas for collaboration. Mr. Ahuja expressed interest in opening a representative office in Uzbekistan and in recruiting a local development team to implement VSaaS Global’s projects. The discussion also covered prospects for partnership in the field of venture capital, including the establishment of a joint fund in Uzbekistan to support and finance both Uzbek and Singaporean startups.
