President Tech Award 2024: Final Stages and Event Schedule

The much-anticipated President Tech Award 2024 Demo Day will take place from December 1 to 7, 2024, marking one of the most significant events in the technological and innovation sectors of Uzbekistan. During this event, the nation’s top startup teams will showcase their projects and compete for the esteemed title of the competition’s winners.

    Demo Day Stages

    December 1, 2024 — Stage 1: Mentorship Sessions

During the mentorship sessions, teams will provide in-depth information about their projects. This will enable the evaluation committee to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project before the Demo Day, allowing for more effective assessment and feedback. Each team, depending on their focus, will be required to book a time with a mentor. Further details regarding the booking process will be shared closer to the date of this stage.

    December 2, 2024 — Stage 2: Demo Day

The second stage will kick off with over 50 teams that have successfully passed the online evaluation phase. These teams will present their innovative projects across various fields, offering unique insights into the future of technology. The evaluation criteria for the projects will be determined by the specific domain, with further information on the evaluation criteria to be shared soon. Following this stage, the top 15 teams (three from each domain) will be selected to advance to the third stage, “Fact Checking”, which will assess the viability of their products.

    December 3-4, 2024 — Stage 3: Fact Checking

The third stage, entitled “Fact Checking”, will be conducted from December 3 to 4. During this stage, the jury will carry out a thorough evaluation of the projects, with particular emphasis on the functionality and quality of the code. Based on the results of this assessment, the top 15 teams (three from each domain) will be selected to proceed to the final round. In the event that any team selected in the second stage fails to pass this stage, the next highest-scoring teams will be considered for progression.

    December 5-6, 2024 — Stage 4: Pitch Polish Session

A dedicated “Pitch Polish Session” will be organized for the finalists who have advanced past the second stage. This boot camp will offer the teams the opportunity to refine their presentation skills, receive valuable guidance from experts, and prepare for the final presentation.

    December 7, 2024 — Final Stage

On the final day, December 7, the 15 selected finalists will present their projects to an esteemed international jury, competing for the prestigious top awards. The winners will be announced and honored in a formal ceremony, underscoring the vital contributions of young innovators to the development of the nation’s technological ecosystem.

President Tech Award 2024 represents a distinctive opportunity for startups to establish their presence on the international stage, while also providing attendees and guests with the chance to engage with the cutting-edge technological solutions that are shaping the future.
